Wrapsit Customer Support Policies

LeisureEase, LLC is proud to introduce Wrapsit™ slipcover crate. Once installed on your chair, the convenience and added security will make your leisure time more enjoyable. 

LeisureEase, LLC is aware that sometimes problems do arise and we are happy to offer a 30 day money-back guarantee when conditions are met. We will assist you in resolving these matters as follows:

Returning your Wrapsit

Purchases other than Retail

Returns for purchases will be accepted when the product is received by LeisureEase, LLC and the following conditions have been met:

  • returned within 30 days from the original purchase date
  • accompanied by proof of purchase
  • accompanied by a completed LeisureEase, LLC Return Form
  • unused and 
  • in new condition 

Returns will not be accepted if item:

  • does not meet the conditions listed above
  • is soiled by animal bodily fluids (i.e. urine, feces, vomit, etc.)
  • has pet damage of any kind
  • shows typical wear and tear 
  • indicates unreasonable use
  • is damaged by accidents and/or neglect

Purchases through Retailers

If you purchased Wrapsit™ slipcover crate at a retail store or on-line with one of our e-commerce retailers, follow their policies and procedures for returns. Please contact them directly for more information.

Shipping Instructions

Item(s) being returned that have met the above conditions should be shipped to:

Please be sure to send your items back with a shipping carrier that provides tracking. LeisureEase, LLC cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost without tracking.

Refunds on Returns

Refunds on returns must meet the conditions stated above. LeisureEase, LLC will process a refund once the product and Return Form are received and reviewed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the review process. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, once we submit a refund to your credit card company or bank, there may be additional delays in receiving the credit to your account due to your bank’s policies and processes. Please contact your payment provider to find out their timeline for crediting accounts.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Follow Shipping Instructions above.

Purchases through Retailers

If you purchased your Wrapsit at a retail store or online with one of our e-commerce retailers, all refunds and exchanges must be obtained through the original place of purchase.

Exchanges on Returns

LeisureEase, LLC will only exchange items due to manufacturing defects such as:

  • poor craftsmanship
  • defective hardware and materials
  • damage during shipping 

Exchanges on returns will be accepted when the item is received by LeisureEase, LLC and the following conditions are met:

  • returned within 30 days from the original purchase date
  • accompanied by proof of purchase
  • accompanied by a completed LeisureEase, LLC Return Form
  • payment of shipping to LeisureEase, LLC for consideration of exchange (follow Shipping Instructions above)
